About the TPBs.
Since i never decided how monstruous or small i wanted to do the new TPBs of Wyliman, it came to me the idea of doing the Trades with 5 issues each.
On a first glance, because hey, you get more for your buck. Ond a second one, for freaks like me that like this numbers that are centered (5s and 10s), add, uhm... something to it.
On my real purpose, that now that i realize it, only makes sense for these two first TPBs, is "transition".
The first 5 isses are part of the "Lulu.com" era, remeber it? when the comics cost like $7 each and not even i was paying for them? well, that's that era. And the further next 5 issues are with the new and hopefully long era with "Ronin Studios". So i thought it would be nice to have them separated like that (as you might already read in "Comics", they ALL are now with Ronin, but, hey, bear with me here for a moment).

Anyway, i'll hopefully have the first Trade out for sale as soon as possible, issue 9 is almost ready, so i'll have time to dedicate to that (and issue 10 will be a fairly "easy" one to produce, so you'll see Volume 2 come out soon as well).

So hey, thank you very much for sticking around so far with me, i really really appreciate it!

You know? I wanted to write some sort of a long rant about relationships and how stupid they are and how still they are always worthy to try and find the right one and such, but today was an amzingly fine day, nothing really spectacular, but everything today played the right way, from the moment i woke up and i'm betting to the moment i fall asleep (only maybe that i forgot my cellphone at work, but 1.- it's a friggin cellphone, the most whorthless shit in the entire universe and 2.- nobody ever calls me anyway).
So i'm happy, so i won't rant about relationships (the romantic ones), not today at least, i don't wanna spoil my first 100% day of joy i have had in quite a long time.

Yes, it's one of those journals.

Anyway, i was recently watching the famous video of this "band" (term used lightly) called "OK Go", obviously, the video was "Here We Go Again"

After watching the vieo, the only thing i could think of was the very last words at the end of Green Jellÿ's song "Three Little Pigs":

I already knew it, but even so, every time people asked me if i plan to go back to school again to study a carrer or some crap of sorts, i still responded "yeah, maybe, maybe something related with art or something". Well, i've officialy made my decition of never going back to school, fuck it, it's just useless and a waste of time. Now i can gladly respond to those people "No, what for?" and see them trying to give me a lame ass excuse why i should.

As you can see, Issue 9 is rolling now.
And i'm such a lazy person that i'm using my "Dia de Muertos" already drawn pages.
Yeah, it's lazy from my part, but i wanted to do this story anyway, and thanks to the "new" way to do the comic allows me to get right into it. So for this and the next page, i'll be reusing already done pages and keep writting the rest of the story.
Also, i know it's quite a long time for Dia de Muertos, plus, i'm hoping i finish the issue way before November, but hey, what the hell.

Soooo...

Man, i'm either 1.- sucking so much at this journals stuff or 2.- i'm going minimalistic.
Either way, i'll be breif (hopefully) again with this one.
So, after answering an ENORMOUS amount of messages (thanks to all of you), i wanted to share some of my thoughts about the comic itself.
Then i thought, what for?
I mean, you already read the comic, you already figured out a way to read the spinning pages without hurting your neck or rolling around your laptop, even more, you have read the thing twice or more times. I can go ahead and be all pompous (like i had a reason to) and tell you that panel # X in page # X means "EXACTLY" something, the thing is, it DOESN'T mean what i think it means. That's the only thing i want to brag about the comic, that i worked on it in a way that it means what YOU want it to mean.
First i wanted it to be my own rendition of "Understanding Comics" by Scott McCloud, and, as you see now, it doesn't have to do anything with it, which i'm really glad, it's just a bunch of open questions and metaphors that hopefully will leave you with something (besides believeing i smoked pot while writting this thing) to take on with.
So, thanks to each an everyone of you that read the comic, commented, added to favorites and whatnot, thanks to you i'm able to do this stuff (so blame yourselves, people!).
Also, i want to thank (as always, and it's never enough, tho) the always lovely for the titanic job of making my English make sense.

Soooo, what's next?
Well, Issue 8 is with the printer right now, so hopefully it'll be ready for purchase soon. And thanks to the fact i have a revived computer, i'll be editing issues 3 to 5 to have them ready for purchase soon as well. And then, ready to start issue 9 and beyond.

Anyway, thanks again to all of you. Hope you enjoyed the comic as much as i enjoyed doing it.
